Tommy Drone

Got a new Camera stand that is flexible called a Joby Gorillapod. 60 dollars a lot of money to spend for a simple stand I hope it will last. This flexible stand says it can hold up to 11 pounds.  My camera is only 2.5 lbs with the lens so it should hold up.  We'll see.

  

When I first came to the world of drone's it was with a Syma X5c for my son.  I got it for 55 dollars and thought it would be a great gift for his 16th birthday; however, my wife was concerned about his using it incorrectly (privacy) so I got him another gift and kept it for myself.  Once I flew it and got video of my family my home and the neighborhood, I was hooked.  I haven't been the same since.
